Terms & Conditions.

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all services provided by AI-VORTEX, Germany ("Provider") via the website ai-vortex.de and related platforms.

(2) Conflicting or deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless the Provider has expressly agreed to them in writing.

(3) These Terms apply to both consumers (§ 13 BGB) and businesses (§ 14 BGB).

(1) AI-VORTEX provides AI-powered automation solutions, including but not limited to "Company Brain", "Ask-Docs" (document-based AI Q&A system), "Telxo" (AI phone assistant), "Planner" (cloud-first scheduling platform) and "KeyOn".

(2) The specific scope, features, and service levels for each product are defined in the respective product agreement or order form.

(3) The Provider reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice, provided essential contractual obligations are not affected.

(1) The presentation of products and services on our website does not constitute a binding offer pursuant to § 145 BGB, but rather an invitation to submit an offer (invitatio ad offerendum).

(2) A contract is formed when the Provider confirms your inquiry or order in writing (including email), or when the Provider begins to perform the service.

(3) The contract language is German. English translations are provided for convenience only; the German version prevails in case of discrepancy.

(1) All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by copyright law (UrhG) and is the property of AI-VORTEX or its licensors.

(2) Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or modification of content requires prior written consent from the Provider. This applies in particular to downloading, printing, or storage beyond the scope of § 44a UrhG.

(3) The trademarks "AI-VORTEX", "Ask-Docs", and "Planner" are protected marks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

(1) The Provider is liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

(2) For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

(3) Liability under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.

(4) The above limitations apply accordingly to the liability of employees, representatives, and agents of the Provider.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

(1) These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) If the customer is a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Germany.

(3) For consumers, the statutory jurisdiction rules apply (§§ 12 ff. ZPO).

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

(1) The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with reasonable notice. Customers will be notified of changes at least 30 days in advance.

(2) If the customer does not object within 30 days of notification, the amended Terms shall be deemed accepted. The Provider will inform the customer of this consequence in the notification.
